I held off from installing the latest version of Facebook that is basically opens the mobile site. It stopped working a month ago so I moved to Faceslim but a week ago, I randomly checked the native app and it started to work again... reversal of decision?

If you security wipe it and don't load 10.3.3 you will have the old FB. Also don't update the app

You can always get the old Facebook bar file and sideloaded it with DBBT or Sachesi

A new developers build 10.3.3 has been released a couple of days back. Don't load that onto your phone because that removes the old app

Even if it is loaded, anybody can still install old fb using sachesi or dbbt. I updated to 10.3.3 and tried the fb bar and it works same as before. So no need to hold back from installing the latest os.

Haha it works!!!
Well I back up first! Before I did the security wipe.
And just funny thing happen. I find the pre installed apps like ever note, facebook, tweeter, etc. It didn't showed up. When I'm done restoring my backup. Then tadah! I see again the stock fb haha thanks Amritv and snorski

Sideloaded old FB bar file. Worked great for 3 days. Still get message notifications and reminders, just the app won't open. Good enough for me. I only care about messages for work anyway.

Seems like Facebook for Blackberry 10 (app version 10.7.31.9) does not work any more - tested on BB10OS v.10.3.3.2137

Error shown on updating or re-setting up a Facebook account:
"Your credentials have changed or are incorrect. Update your credentials and try again" - but credentials are correct and valid.

Notification for "Facebook for BlackBerry 10" app on Facebook:
"Unfortunately, Facebook for BlackBerry 10 was not approved for display in the App Center"

Someone who can confirm whether the "old" Facebook app (v10.7.31.9) still IS working or IS NOT working any more?

It was working for me until the beginning of june as well. But now connection fails - even after wiping and reinstalling the whole OS.

My phone is a Z10 with OS Version 10.3.3.2163 and I'm in the UK. I'm daily getting requests to upgrade the software but refuse. I have yet to get the krack update. I put the old facebook back using the info found on Crackberry at https://forums.crackberry.com/blackb...ption-1094583/
