I emailed them about this.... Here is the reply I got back.... Doesn't look like it will be any time soon. Best thing to do is email them asking for support for it. The more they hear about it, I'm sure the sooner it will come.

    Thank you for your email,

We do not support Blackberry 10 at this time. We reevaluate the compatible device list periodically based on customer demand, and will record the fact that you expressed interest in the platform. Please check our Certified eKEY Device List for the currently support devices at http://www.supraekey.com/Documents/current_devices.pdf RIM has stated that Blackberry 10 will not be an upgrade option for existing phones.

    Sincerely,

    Supra

    My email to UTC...

I've asked before - most recently when our CVRMLS switched out Supra lockboxes - and was given the stock answer "BB10 is not supported at this time."

I see many comments from agent on Crackberry formums that they're waiting on UTC or that UTC is monitoring adaptation of BB10... well, we can't use a BB10 until eKey is available.

Still don't understand why they can't at least "port" the android software to BB10 - hey it's not rocket science guys!!!

The long awaiting Ekey is available for sideload for real estate agents. Its under "Playbook and BB10 Apps" you will need to scroll all the available apps to find it.

eKey now works on 10.2.1.1055 you can install it directly from the 1Mobile app store. See this post for more info: http://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-an...a-ekey-788404/

Its actually not working for the Z10. After updating to 10.2.1 leak and downloading EKEY from 1Mobile app store, I have had no luck. While the application loads and appears functional, functionality stops when you try opening up a key box. From my experience, while the FOB is paired to your Z10, it won't 'speak' to FOB to transmit. Supra continues to try to transmit until device/app times out. Any one with info on this or testimonies that EKEY is actually opening lockboxes would be greatly appreciated.

Works on my Z30, although it takes more than one try at times.
I'm sure it has to do with the BT subroutine.
Probably an easy fix, but Supra seems hung up on taking the easy route like the rest of the real estate industry.
Curious if 10.3 Android run time works any better.

VZW pushed 10.3.2.858 out last week (finally) and the eKey works much, much better! Have been able to open lockboxes on first try and once took two tries, so it seems much better that on 10.2.xxxx

BTW, 10.3 is like having a new phone - great experience.

Still don't want to be unable to open keybox because of 'no signal' which we get in my area. Separate device ok for me.

    What a CLASSIC!

iBox works via Bluetooth, so no cell signal required (assuming the app on the phone is updated before you go into a dead zone)
