Maybe there will be other apps available on BB10 that will serve the same purpose?

If you're willing to change platforms over some dumb little camera app them you didn't love your bb that much anyway did you, so why does this matter to you?

Or you'll be able to view thru the browser.

Hi bobert. It matters because that is the system the OP uses and maybe they need access when away. If they do like RIM products then not having needed access on BB10 the OP will then have to choose a different phone due to that. I'm sure the system cost much much more to replace than a phone.

I will test the phone before I do anything first I can't look at it through the browser now on my 9900 only through the app but they don't pay attention to the app on the blackberry anymore I haven't seen an update in like 2 years or more I will test it first hopefully the person who sent the email is wrong

I'm thinking since they have an IP you may be able to access them with the browser or VPN or something.

Have you tried to side-load the Android app on a PlayBook? I would be surprised if the Android app didn't port to BB10. Try a BB10 phone (you can return it if it doesn't work) with the browser first, then the Android app side-loaded. If both of those don't work, then switch platforms. Don't get too upset about it until you try those options though.
