I have a Windows 8.1 tablet and find the Windows/MSN News app to be excellent. Is there anything equivalent on Android or BB10 available? It seems to me that Microsoft has a couple of people actual pulling the content together rather than a machine aggregating it like Google News. I find it to be the very best available. I speak German and the German section of the app is excellent as well pulling from most major publications without duplicating content like many machine driven aggregators do.

I'd be happy to pay for one, if need be.

We used to have BB News but that's gone. An RSS reader maybe? There are several. Some are paid and some are free.....

I enjoy that MS News app also. I've only found RSS readers so far but its not the same thing as you can't choose the subject matter you want, only able to choose the web sites.

Hmm... maybe you could have a closer look at NativeNews.
It's also based on RSS, but at least you can select the category of news instead of only the website.

In the meantime I'm pushing headlines of news using ifttt.com and BlackBullet to my HUB. Maybe you could setup something similar for you.

There's a free native app called Euronews. Very nice looking app with different sections . It can display different languages including German, but it is shows news from around the world

Yup, I did the same thing installing the android version. Best news app out there IMO.
