I have a Blackberry Q10. I have created an account for Box.com. I have set it to backup Pictures and Videos but did not select it to do over cellular network. When I perform a backup, it says it has done it, but there are no files in my Box account. How do you get it to just backup all the pictures and videos from your media card?

I don't believe you can specify that only files from the sd card be synced, it's all or none. But it does not sync existing files to box, only new pictures you take once it's setup will be synced, so that may be why you aren't seeing anything in box now even though it says it's finished syncing.

Oh, that explains it! But, I would imagine I can just go to the Box file manager and copy and post old pictures . . . ?

Are you using two-step authentication? I've been having issues with that ever since they launched.

I can never stay logged in... and the authentication box is extremely tiny.

I've moved tons of files manually from my media card to my box. It's simple, and it's also easy to make folders and add the files to those folders.
