    Hi and welcome to CrackBerry!
    Is it possible for you to convert these M4V files to something the phone will recognize? or is this viewing being done from the web?
    I don't know of any all-purpose players in App World. Maybe someone has an idea for you.

    Thanks, I had this file transferred to my Z10, but can't play it. I guess I'm going to have to convert it then.
