I can't seem to upload images from by Z30. I continue to get an error message that says the image is in an unrecognized file format even though it's in jpg.

I emailed FS tech support who tell me that the image needs to be 20kb or smaller which is quite small. The smallest I can reduce image size using Effetica is 37kb.

Is there a way within BlackBerry to reduce image size by just entering the size we need?

Any help on uploading images to FS would be appreciated. I've read their help FAQ and even contacted their tech support. They didn't address my issue with the message saying the image is in an unrecognized file format only telling me to reduce image to 20kb.

Did you edit the photo with third party app? This happen to me once because, I added filters.

No edit/effects just resize using Effetica..

As I know you cannot But, have you tried to reduce not just size but also quality of the image? Say, put it to 60% (use Save As tool for that)?
