I have installed the app, but cannot download any maps. Says there are connection issues, both my WiFi and Data are working fine.

Have emailed them hopefully I get a response soon, have only had an automated reply for now.

Anybody else having or had this problem?

Tried downloading android version, didn't make any progress there either.

You may want to try to change your data connection. Happened to me before and I changed to faster connection and it worked.

No trouble here too. Navfree is a great app, the best that I found on BlackBerry store.

Am trying via WiFi, at a different location now.

Navmii asked me uninstall, restart and reinstall.

Have done but has not made a difference

Yup, started having this problem yesterday on my Q10. Was able to download a new map about a week ago but nothing now.

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still can't connect and have lost all my maps.

Really hope they haven't ended BB10 support

Also no luck with the android app, it just hangs at the splash screen.

Zdanie, my scenario is exactly the same as yours.

Hopefully gets resolved by the weekend.

In their email reply to me there was no suggestion that the app was no longer support for BlackBerry devices. But the fact that they have not re-branded the BlackBerry version to Navmii makes me wonder.

Also baffled why android version doesn't progress from splash screen, when others claim it is working fine. Have tried via play store, Snap and 1 mobile!!!

Looks to be working again. First time I tried it this morning it loaded the country lists but wouldn't connect when I clicked download, but I connected to Wi-Fi and tried again and all is fine. Guess their server was having issues for a few days.

I'm really interested in using this app, but it needs to give the ability to store the maps on the SD card. Those maps are sizable. Is the any word this will happen?
