    I downloaded the app for my Q10, but cannot add a payment method. It just keeps asking me to reset the PIN number, which is used to authorize purchases/charges. Does anyone know how to add a payment method? Thanks to anyone who can help

    I've never used the app, but I would think you could get an answer by emailing them at [email protected].
