    Harmon.ie should do the trick it's avaliable from Blackberry world, No practical experience though so use pay for or look further in to it on your own account.:

    From what I got about Harmon.ie it is a Sharepoint and Office 365 app, no Communicator support.

    No official OCS/Lync support yet. Supposedly offered through BES 10 later in the year.
    There is a third party app which provides limited support and has to be sideloaded.

    Only OS without official OCS/Lync support.
