I do believe Runtastic Pro was just released in app world in the last few weeks. This should be able to keep track of walking as well (if you are going for distance only rather than steps).

I am sure there are others, but I have used their products before, and the android port does very well.

endomondo is pretty awesome, and its in the bb world. ported, but works great.
