What I'd like to see in the next OS update (after 10.3.1) is the ability for us to input our own sections into the hub. For example instead of me constantly getting the little bell icon for amazon, basketball updates, or any other android related app, I could:

- create a separate section in the hub for the app and name it (amazon or Skype for example)
- choose an icon for that section to match the app sending the update (example. An 'A' for amazon or the Skype logo)

Something to at least hold me over until major apps start coming to BlackBerry 10

I would love to see more ability to access other apps and features from the Hub too. I would like to access the calendar right from there, a task manager app, the weather app etc.
I find the Hub such a handy tool.
I wonder though, if doing this will mean more apps need to stay open all the time and create a drain on resources.

HUB integrated eBay messaging and bid indicator could be useful. I am not a particularly active eBay user so the notifications would not be overwhelming.

Developers need to take notice and create an app where users can stream and push the content they want to the HUB.
For example, the app can get developed dedicated tabs in the hub for:

stock notifications, news, or integrated stock+news for particular companies??

Bid notifications, deal notifications from websites based on user selected interests

Forum discussion notifications for user selected forums

Location notifications based on current user location (traffic updates for location?)

BB10 users would pay insane amounts to purchase such an app if made right and free from bugs and caveats in the features..

NOPE they are not!

It's through a third party app blackbullet and ifttt online service!

And you will get a BELL

Blackbullet is a great app I purchased it to encourage the developer! I hope he continues development!

I LOVE the hub. I wish all the relevant apps could be integrated.

Hi guys,

Sorry if this is a stupid question but how do you break the Hub-integration of an app? For example I now have BB Twitter app and Blaq showing the same tweet in the Hub. I just want to use one.

From the Hub management, I can try tweaking with settings for Blaq to Show in Hub only, Show in Separate Account only, or Show in Both, but even with Show in Separate Account only option, the tweet still appears in the Hub from both.

When I first got my phone I was receiving tweets in my hub through the Twitter app. I must have changed a setting or something because now all I get are DMs, favorites, etc. I've searched forever on how to get that back and came up with nothing. Are you saying blaq sends tweets to the hub? I'd pay a couple bucks for that.

*UPDATE*
I went ahead and bought Blaq. Everything everyone says about it online is accurate. It's a sweet app if you're into twitter. To answer my own question, you CAN receive tweets in the hub. There is an option called "watchlist" you can add whatever users you want to show up in the hub. Very cool and totally worth the $3.
