Okay, I thought this was interesting. Here is a tweet from Alex Kinsella:



With the issues that got Kik kicked off of BBOS, I didn't think Kik would have a chance on BB10. Kik even had their BBOS signing keys revoked.

I'm pretty sure Alex works for BlackBerry. So, does this mean BlackBerry will let Kik back in the fold?

I hope so cause I luv kik way better than what's app...currently using the side loaded version of kik and it flows with the Z10 without any known issues on my device.

I think under Alec Saunder their dev relations team is actually competent now, and isn't going to try and shut out such a big app developer again. I know for a fact the CEO of kik is a huge BlackBerry fan. Whether the BB dev relations team can actually undo the damage they did to their relationship with Kik is another story, though.

@datgurl, can you post the bar file for Kik. Every one I have tried does not side load as it states I don't have access to open the file.
