Maybe your OS or model. Since you are posting using CB10, TYPE

myver (then press the Spacebar)

and it will enter your device info.

Let's see if anyone has ideas about it. Have you tried UNinstalling and REinstalling it?

Try a restart:

Press and HOLD both Vol Up/Down buttons. Keep holding while the screen goes fully black (ignore the screenshot), keep holding through the Black/White logo and when the Colored Logo shows up, release those buttons.

If you have a Z10: If you have the STL100-1 variant the volume button reset method doesn't work. In that case, Press and HOLD the Power On Button until you see the LOGO as above

I had this problem also with Kijiji but found a slightly older version (1.0.349.0) from the Good e-Reader website (android apk) which I installed in both my spare z10 and my Passport. It works great and has all the functions that I require for buying and selling. Going forward, this is probably going to happen more and more so I recommend NOT to update apps simply because you can. If your app is working well leave it alone.

I tried the restart, no go.., I also looked and my amazon store doesn't even have kijiji. Weird. I figured if I had an APK that didn't require play services it would probably work. I did try the one from snap and it did the same thing.. any other ideas?

Try a different version of the App. Also, don't forget to reboot.

Make sure google play is installed on your device. search Cobalts google play for BB
