    They started to make an app earlier but due to lack for resources they stop the development and now they started it again

    I'm using CB 10 app and the image won't load. So what does the viber representative said?

    Let me guess? Something about "advanced development stage"? Or "we're working very hard to get viber on BlackBerry 10"?

    Whenever it happens just tap 3 dots on lower right side and choose open in browser then it will load the image

    They have been stringing BB10 users along forever. Not sure why they enjoy playing that game, but I suggest you don't fall for it again. If it ever comes, fine - but don't waste any time waiting for it or expecting it.
