Is anybody in this family having issue with Instavenue. It gets stuck when 'processing' and don't give any response that I have to close the app but when I reopen it, is the same.
I just dropped some lines to the developer and I suspect that it has something to do with the OS 10.2 compatibility, but I would like to make sure I'm not alone with this issue.

There were some updates required for 10.2 for some apps, I know I had to make some updates to my app.

I have the same problem. It worked fine for me and then I went on holiday and now it is stuck on this "processing" message. Maybe it is related to the fact that my geographical location has changed so much (500km) since the last time I used it successfully.

I have send an email to the developer but I have not received a reply yet.

Ive been deleting and redownloading it multiple times now.
And doing a reset on my phone
Toggled the system options

Still wont work.

What I have found to get Instavenue to work on my Z30 is by opening the app and when it gets stuck on 'Processing', I leave the app open in the active window mode for a couple of hours before closing the app. I've repeated this process between 50 to 100 times until the app actually started working. Once it did start working I again left the app open in the active window overnight. Now the app works every time I start it up. I hope this is helpful.

I have no problem with Instavenue on my Z10 w/OS 10.2.

Make sure you have cellular data and location enabled.
