Not yet, but he's actively working on the app, almost every two days we get an upgrade once he's not in school or away from his pc

Sounds really nice!!! Can you maybe tell me:
-Can you double tap to like?
-If you check someone's profile, can you swipe left-right to go back to the previous screen?
-Can you upload pics?
-Can you download pics? And if you can, does the person (the one who posted the pic you downloaded) get informed by this?
-Is it headless?
-Are there notifications in the Hub?
-what does the icon look like?

"Igrann" gives you a native feel but not all the features the real IG app has." Instagrann" will give you both; The Native feel and the Official IG features + More .. Knowing Nemory he will add a lot of "BlackBerry only" features in "Instagrann" haha!

Is he planning to add additional features that are not found on the actual app? I hope not, and he's trying to make the experience as close as possible to the real deal.

Yup, but he added downloading of media, and regranning, and may add some other features, but the experience is pretty close to the original already, the ui is like identical,

Makes you wonder who's in charge at BlackBerry's development team and working on the native Facebook and other social networking apps. Here we have someone who goes to school and pumping out these great apps. If I was BlackBerry, I'd pay for his education and hire him ASAP.

Igrann is still up there, igrann pro also, instagram is not as strict, only in extreme circumstances they might remove it

Like when Nemory decided to ban Snap2Chat sideloaders from using video feeds? I wouldn't hold my breath
I was really supportive of Nemory when he first started. But his actions later on led me to question his intent.
Search the forums and you will see numerous complains of users being charged going from Snap2Chat to Snap10
Not to mention that he is charging for illegal usage of API's that are provided in free apps
