So I finally was able to uninstall, refresh BB World, and reinstall Inst10. Still back to the root of my problem:



Any word on why this would be happening now? Nothing changed on my end. Not sure what the deal is.

The app will tend to bug out at times and it will require a complete re-installation to get the hub notifications running again. It does get tiring.

Instagram recently tinkered with the UI of their official app (their new purple app icon looks awful btw). Maybe the changes at their end is affecting inst10? I'm not noticing these issues at my end.

Not able to see who has liked my pics on the main screenAttachment 396935. Names appeared at first but disappeared when I went back to it later.

I am facing this exact issue too. Have switched to iGrann due to this reason. The app is also not allowing me to like some posts on Instagram, which is annoying.

I liked this app bit there always some issues, I now use the android app from play store and I have everything, filters, new visual, notifications etc...but keep supporting bb10 nemory!

I have that duplicate scroll issue as well. No matter how much I scroll down, I keep seeing the SAME 6 posts over and over and over and over again. I really hope we get an address from Nemory about this. Just acknowledging this would make me less crazy about the situation haha

I wasn't receiving hub notifications so I decided to uninstall my Inst10, restart my phone and then re-install it. I deleted it via the screen icon. When I went into BlackBerry World after re-starting my phone, I noticed it was still listed under "Available". When I tried to delete it, I got this error message.



Also, when I select "Open" from BBW, the button changes color but doesn't open anything. How do I uninstall it fully so I can re-install it?

UPDATE: it's fixed. I followed the FAQ on this but restarted my phone after every single step

@NemOry, please bring back the mono type black and white Hub icon to be in-line with the OS design. Or at least add an option. It really doesn't look nice in Hub or in lockscreen

That's because Instagram dropped most API's for 3rd party developers... including tagging. Maybe there's some workaround, but that may (!) lead to a cease and desist...

feed sat like that for well more then 15 seconds didn't load. Everything else works fine. So any ideas?? Fresh download never got any messages either about my pro trail expired

It might let you have to accounts. But that setting is probably from IG

I am little pushed right now that I purchased the pro version and all I get is a freezed app that always tell me "checkpoint required ".

It's really sad. But is there a fix? (I hope)
