    Is anyone else here who is having notification issues also had problems with "Request Existing Purchases" previously and have been added to the beta list as a work around?

    I ask because the last version of inst10 from beta zone had great notifications, and when logging in I wasn't met with the "congratulations on being a beta tester" and it being free.

    Beta version is different from final. Only final version can detect I made you pro. Because beta is already pro

    after updating the latest update, I'm having the login problem(please see the attached video). I have tried everything possible but no use. Please help if any one know the solution.
    Can you please double check the update? Also can you try another account? Can you try to uninstall and reinstall? Thanks

    I did the uninstall-restart-reinstall. It worked but now i'm logged out of all accounts. I can't get it to log in with the acct I paid for. I hit the existing acct link but it does nothing.

    I have tried everything but nothing is working for me. Previous version was working very good. Is there any way to get back the previous ver? uninstall and reinstall didn't work and login with another account too. Even i'm not able to access options(swipe down).

    You have to manually go to about/settings to restore the previous purchase. It doesn't automatically restore it for you

The only thing that looks like this is the "Request Existing Purchases" which when clicked comes back with the response that it was unable to locate any previous purchases even though this is not true. Hope you can get this issue resolved soon, also sent direct emails to Nemory regarding this.

    Are you using the same instagram user account as the one you were using when you bought the pro version of inst10? I'm sure that the pro version is associated with the username that bought it so to speak.

    Please post a screenshot of your receipt for inst10 first. If you didn't got a receipt to your email. It just means you were not charged.

    I had this too after updating my inst10 in BBworld. I decided to delete and re-install the update to see if it fixed my follow button, now it's only displaying white screens. I suggest that you don't do what I did.

    You could load up the android APK version and use that to unfollow someone for the time being.

    Another 2.3.100 update is coming. I am really sorry to all users who can't see feeds. There was a mistake of mine because of some mix of code from my desktop and my laptop. Old code mixed with new code. But the new update will fix the follow button, blank feeds, register issues. So sorry to all.

    Do you plan on releasing another update to coincide with the IG update that just went out for DM a few days ago? I just tried to go into my DM and was presented with the IG checkpoint error message, then it opened up a browser and told me to update my IG.

    I seem to be having problems when I try to regram a video, it either gets stuck at 1% or just says there is an error. My work around was to download the video then upload it myself. I'll try it again later but I was wondering if anyone else has seen this problem recently.

    I'm having the annoying notification issue again where:
    1. The notification won't open up anything when clicked on in the hub
    2. The notifications refuse to be marked as read
    3. If I delete the notifications, they come right back as unread notifications

    Tried a reboot? Is the app opening when you do it from home screen? Is there only 1 inst10 installed?
