    I wonder if the app actually saves each photos that we upload, since it shows around 2 GB on my device storage details on Q10, while 200 MB on my Passport. If it does save pics, where it saves them?

    On Android, Instagram saves the pics in the picture gallery with a dedicated folder. So we can remove them from there, freeing more storage space.

    My Insta10 saves photos to my media card. I can delete them if I want to free up space.

    Or you can have it not save at all but inst10 is a pain igrann and apk Verizon allow you to not save it you prefer not to do so..

    Those must be cache. You can go to settings > clear cache
