    I think the dev set limitations on the OS major version
    Would be smart to open it to all OSes considering that most major testers are already on 10.3.1

    Even though I have pro, I got this version.

    Both to beta test and because honestly, I don't need it running on background, just wasting battery.

    I would have just installed the free bbw version, but it hasn't been updated in a long time.

    Wondering why some are seeing it and others aren't. By the way, I'm running Z30STA100-2/10.3.1.938.

    Edit: I just checked again now and it appeared. But only after I used an American IP based VPN to access Beta zone. I don't know if that's why it appeared.
