hi guys , I live in Iran and yesterday i bought my Z30 so i willing to use some popular programs for text and games but....! BlackBerryworld is boycott FOR US (Iran) , so i bought my Z30 and i cant DL any games and apps from BlackBerryword because it dose not work
i tried to install some BAR Programs such as whatsapp or instagram or yahoo chat but all of they Does not work or crash . so i can't do anything with that , i cant play any game ,i cant use whatsapp i cant play ASPHALT just text and call just

Not sure exactly what the issue might be hard you have tried reloading your OS.
If not, try doing so and start all over.
Also, I noticed you wanted to download instagram , you will need OS 10.2.1.1259 or 10.2.1. 1925 for this to work properly.
First things first, reload your OS and let's see if you are able to download from bbw and use apps.
