    it stoped receiving bbm video calls, i gues i need to re-install it,
    when go to app world and tick bbm application - it says "unavailable for this devise"
    PLEASE need help, how to re-install bbm?

    Have you tried rebooting the device? Either from the volume/power keys, or by removing the battery? Sometimes that is all it takes. Also are you able to initiate any BBM video calls?

    yes, i tried.
    when i do bbm video request from other q10 phone my phone shows no reaction. and vise verse , although bbm messages are going through fine.

    Pull menu down (swipe down from the top in BBW), select General, and "refresh" BBW.

    Reboot the phone, if you like, and try again.
