With all the excitements of apps been built and ported over, how much are you willing to spend on APPS? If all the apps I want are available at launch, I can easily spend $100. How about you?

Do really like free apps because of all the advertisements....

Good question! It all depends on how many apps they have that are good, but I'm looking to spend at least $20 on the first day I get my phone, but if the apps are as good as I hope, likely more!

I typically don't buy many apps but I'm seeing the need to support devs and I'll just happen to be in a good financial position once the phones are available so I wouldn't be surprised if I drop $100-$150 in the first couple of months with the phone. . .

I think for me it will depend on what native apps come with the phone and how well I like them. Then I will see if I buy 3rd party apps to replace the native ones.

I don't usually buy lots of apps, but I think that will change with the launch of BB10, as I want to support those devs who support BB10 Not sure how much I would spend tho, depends on the app itself

This depends on the app. There are already too many apps that don't do anything, don't work, or are just a trap full of ads asking for money. Hopefully RIM will get involved and screen their apps. What good is it to say we have 1000,000 apps if they are mostly crap.

I always say I will not spend a lot but I end up doing just the opposite. I can't resist a good app, so I will admit form the beginning probably upto $100.

I don't actually think I will spend that much really, the main apps for me on other devices tend to be more service-related apps where I am already paying them such as Kindle or Spotify.

My biggest spend in purchasing apps are for i-Work Apps total 90 USD I spend the trio apps. I don't mind to spend over 30 USD/app as long as the app is truly worth and can help me in my daily activity.

I see no problem in spending money for good apps. The people that develop apps need to see the community support them. I've never hesitated to buy good apps for my Android phones. I may not be typical, but it always irritates me when the press claims that Android users don't buy apps.

What the heck, if you're using a phone that cost $400 to $700, spending a couple of bucks on good apps shouldn't be an issue.

Yeah I'd spend about 100 bucks if there are enough paid apps I want to buy. Gotta support the ecosystem right?

There is no limit to what I would spend on apps. If they are of quality build, useful, and/or if the developers truly support blackberry, then I will be more than happy to shell out.

Someone mentioned earlier the need to support devs. I second that. There seems to be tons of energy echoed in the forums and the blogs about whats to come as far as apps are concerned. It all depends on the apps and the quality of them but I expect to spend at least $30 on the first day.

How much will apps be on BB compared to other platforms? This is something that will affect purchasing decisions by regular consumers.

For me it all depends on what I find, like and is useful to me. I have however bought apps for my PB that I rarely use to support good devs.
