There were 70000 at launch and more of them have been arriving everyday, at the start the situation was pretty dire now though there are good games and Skype, Whatsapp and instagram are around the corner. Curious to the count now...

BlackBerry 10 is making good progress then. I think it will bypass windows phone in terms of sheer quantity of apps soon, although windows phone I think has 150000, but doesn't seem to have as much acceleration like bb10. I can't wait till Whatsapp, Skype, instagram, shazam and some other games arrive.

Apps are starting to come in now, instagram is here. They said its gonna be a port? And we can now port it so I guess atm its in a beta stage but its nearly done, whats app this month, jetpack joyride is now here, EA games are here. NOVA, asphalt etc, sonic so yeah really going well. Skype this month to so yeah its really doing great. Psx emulator nice games designed for bb10 like shine runner, move the box is here. Then you can use most android games well not most but some like I use 4 pics 1 word awsome.

So yeah within last few weeks bb10 has done a huge leap since the first release month.

It basically is. Android ports didn't used to work now they done an update and it works. It's a sign its nearly done. It will be here soon youll see

There are good and bad apps in every app store, regardless of OS. The point here is that more and more seem to be popping up with Cascades, although there are some excellent apps (like WhatsUp) that are not Cascades and work superbly...And some bloody good Android ports too

At first the quality wasn't there to be honest. But now i can tell you that it's growing fast...and good. the quality apps are here now and more are coming. I see no reason for BlackBerry world to not get more apps than wp8 by the summer time. It will be the a very bad news for wp8 and definitely set blackberry as #3 in the os market. The support that blackberry got from the developer community is a proof that a lot of people believe more that bbry is more likely to become a superior os than windows in a near future. It's not about money only : the giant bill Gates have way more money than bbry, still, they are unable to get as much developer support as bbry does.
