I had deleted BBM and now decided that I want it again. I went into Appworld to reinstall. Twice now it downloads the app but has a error on the install. Won't tell me why. Any suggestions?

I don't remember. I just don't see the BBM icon. The only thing that I would have done was to long hold it and his the trash can symbol

Just tried it 5x and won't go! Same error each time! So frustrating. I'm traveling overseas next week and really want it to keep in touch with family!

You might have to reload the OS to get bbm back or possibly using a bbm bar and sideloading it may work I'm not sure

First try rebooting/restarting: Try a restart:

Press and HOLD both Vol Up/Down buttons. Keep holding while the screen goes fully black (ignore the screenshot), keep holding through the Black/White logo and when the Colored Logo shows up, release those buttons.

If you have a Z10: If you have the STL100-1 variant the volume button reset method doesn't work. In that case, Press and HOLD the Power On Button until you see the LOGO as above

You can try looking for it using Device Monitor. At the bottom of Device Monitor's screen, tap the STORAGE tab. Then tap the menu (right bottom) and then Search. Try searching for BBM - if there are remnants left, it might find them/it. If it shows up, tap it and then select Delete.

If not, maybe you can find the bar file in a Sachesi set somewhere and try manually installing it. Or else, you might need to reload your OS>

It's probably not deleted as you cannot delete it by just pushing the trash can like you said. Do you have folders? It's probably in there. What device do you have? Push the magnify glass on the home screen and search for bbm (or on the home screen start typing bbm to search)

On the device itself I am not finding anything. I did a search for "BBM" in file manager and came up with nothing, and I then used assistant to search BBM and just found a link for instant action to launch BBM. Nothing happens when I hit it. I did find some stuff on the storage card that i'll show you here
