How to ask for an app to be developed?

Hi,
There is an app on iOS called life in seconds which you basically record a single second each day which you then can combine into a very short film. I was wondering if anything similar could be developed for bb10 as the devs for the iOS app can't be contacted to ask if they will support bb10?

I would start off by going to this website that RIM has setup.
Port To BlackBerry 10

Of course, if you dont have any luck there then why dont you post it in the developers forum? Maybe one of the developers there will have time to build this app for you.

Thanks, I will post in the developers forum as the Blackberry site doesnt show the app.

If you are going to ask developers to make something, please make sure to have a budget, timeline, app spec ready.
