Headless Stabilizer is COMPLETELY FREE and specifically designed and built for Nemory Studios' Applications.

Get it now in BlackBerry Beta Zone: https://appworld.blackberry.com/webs...tent/35142896/

It runs in the background and continuosly check for headless services that aren't running and makes them run again.

I recommend all using Inst10, Twittly and other apps of ours, to use Headless Stabilizer to have a stable headless & hub integrated notifications.

    Thank you all very much!

    Let me get this straight.
Headless parts of your apps misbehave and drop dead because, I assume, they hit the memory limit or overload on CPU and OS kills them (cruel, I know) so you made another headless app that checks occasionally for the running process and restarts them if they aren't running?

With all due respect, but that is just adding gasoline to fire instead of fixing the original headless process.

I'm well aware that headless apps are difficult to build and especially with Hub integration they are highly unstable. It's one of the reasons i'm delaying my own app with that feature, until it's done properly.

I hope you know what you are doing.

I am no developer, but if it works well as advertised, and trust me it really does, I really dont see how it is a problem. Enlighten us please.

yes after using it for 24 hours, the same old problem appears again, headless is not working for hub notification. It is very frustrating, even with headless stabiliser.

So even the headless stabilizer crashes too? oh man... hmmmm i did notice after a few updates from inst10, nothing happened. seems like this headless feature is hard to get around. so why won't blackberry increase the limit or something?

4MB is nothing for a headless app bro. Nothing to worry there. Its just a very tiny memory. WhatsApp goes up to like 20MB up. It can be improved but now I dont know yet

Its the only solution I can do for now and works fine. Until I can finally fix the issues. But for now I really can't and dont know how to control the memory usages to not reach the limits.
