    Greetings
I am new to the BlackBerry world, am very happy to have the Q10 as my first BlackBerry device. I have noticed that no Google native applications are available in the app world? That is weird for me!!!

    So why is that?

    Hi and welcome to CrackBerry!
Congrats on your new Q10. Great device.

Yes, one of the big holes in BB10's ecosystem is that Google has not released its app suite yet for the platform.
Google Talk is the only one with a native client released:

Also, the popular developer Bellshare has made a native BB10 app for Google Maps called BeMaps 10 Pro that seems to be getting good reviews:

Some of the Google apps' Android versions can be sideloaded onto your Q10. Check out our BB10 Android App Sideloading Forum to find out more about that.

    Otherwise, we wait...
Was there a particular app or two you were looking for?

To be honest, google is in a way a competitor of BB. So they don't seem to be rushing to provide native apps for the BB. Although with their, ahem, interest in data gathering and ads, I can see them eventually figuring they will make some money on our platform, too.
