    Model: Blackberry Z30
    OS: 10.3.2..276
    Browser Version: 10.3.2.36

    The Situation:
www.google.co.za Is my homepage for my browser.
I only use google, nothing else.
Yesterday, 25 Juy 2016, I was constantly using google and it was working 100%
When I wanted to search something on google today, 26 July 2016, the website (www.google.co.za) crashed my browser.
I thought it was just a one-time glitch/bug so I reopened the browser.
Again, the page loaded fully, but before I can even type anything into the search bar, it crashes my browser.
The browser then opens the page where it asks to restore a page or open a new one.
Restoring the page after it crashes doesn't change anything. It loads fully then crashes and brings up the restore page.
I've cleared my history and cache in the browser several times thinking it might help but it didn't.
If I use bing to try and open google, it immediately crashes.
If I open google images or google videos or youtube with bing, it doesn't crash though.
It's only the "all / web / main" google search that crashes my browser.
I don't have any strange apps/files on my device for weird sources.
The only apps I have are either from Blackberry World or Play Store.

If you need any additional info, please tell me so that I can provide it.
Any suggestions/help would be very appreciated, thank you.

The browsers on my Z10 and Q10 both running 10.3.2 crash every time I try to access Google too so the issue must be on their end.

Same issue here. Not google.co.za or google.com opens if I start my browser, keeps crashing my browser. Switched to both. I can however access Google via my history, no problem. Rocking a Z30 as well.

    same here (since today) (Passport)

other sites are crashing too (airbnb for example)

i did the (usual=) solution approaches:

    - clearing cash & cookies
    - restart (power button, and volume buttons)

    any solutions?

Use a different browser? I've seen several threads with similar topics. Browser has been wonky lately.

Same here with the native browser. Accessing directly to a page is working. Google SSL?

I'm using an old Z30 and have just currently opened and accessed the Google website, conducted a few searches--everything checked out alright. Nothing's amiss.

I had the same issue yesterday. After I set the search engine to bing, which sucks, and then set back to Google. Everything is fine now. Guess Google was held responsibility for that. [email protected].

    Back again :-(
Any ideas? the reset of the search engine is not the solution.
On Sunday I changed all off my Google account settings. Was written in the Sunday Newspaper of NZZ. Perhaps there's an Issue.

Wonder if this is due to implementation of Google AMP and Facebook Instapaper pages. BB10 browser can't handle some code associated with it.

    hi,
Same Problem. BB Q10, Austria, HoT (TMobile) network.
Seems google.de, google.ca for instance work fine. .at, .com however keep crashing.

Do NOT reload your device software via BB Link. It made the issue worse for me, as i cannot even log into my google account anymore (E-Mail, Contacts sync on Blackberry).

    Related Thread

It seems, like the google website of your country and the .com website keep crashing, google websites of other countries don't have any problems for me. Very Strange.

Blackberry Twitter-Support couldn't tell me any solution as well. They asked me to switch to Incident Based support for $35. Great.
