I don't use Google Talk a lot anymore on my computer but decided to download it to give it a try.

Unfortunately, it doesn't accept the 2-step verification process (like the default Blackberry e-mail/contact/calendar program does). I'll try it on Monday when I get an application code from work.

I've always had hub integration with my GTalk. but i stopped using it since it doesn't sync my conversation with the PC and/or gmail

Exactly. I have Hub integration on my current version already.
It just has to be added to the Hub in the settings to show.
It also seems that I'm not the only one who has noticed the lack of platform syncing with the application.
At least I know I'm not crazy... Thanks for the confirmation.

What I mean is you can now start and continue conversation in the hub. Previously AFAIK, it only shows a notification in the hub which opens up the app when you open the notification.

This app is just as useless as it ever was. No sync, improper contact display in hub, causes hub to crash when opening from hub...

I hate always having to start it once, just to get it to log in.
Primarily I realize it, when I don�t get any messages, it annoys the hell out of me...

Yes, there's an option of signing in automatically on the login screen

Thanks, but that one doesn't seem to work this way, it logs me in once I start the App, but not before, I can not even see the conversations in the Hub, that's usually how I notice it...

Though I had to restart my hub for the first time this afternoon as well, after having updated GTalk...

I also noticed that there is no colored icon for unread messages. Only bold text. how the hell did they miss adding that?

I loaded 10.2 on my Q5 and got this update. I like it. Good hub integration. Don't notice a battery drain. But it doesn't sync with the pc chats

So, it crashes a lot. Happens whenever I walk between buildings at work, and when I enter/leave my apartment.

I think it's freaking out at the phone switching wifi networks, or from wifi to mobile data.

Thankful for the 10.2 app manager. Stop the app, then restart, works fine.
