    Hey Everyone,
As Google tries to complete it's mission by getting rid of all their useful services, while keeping their useless ones around. Some of you may have heard that Google Reader will be discontinued. Just to summarize it, this means that the Google Reader API which many popular apps like GeeReader on the PlayBook for instance use will no longer function unless another RSS aggregator is used.

Long story short, I contacted Yogeshwar, the developer for the already popular gNewsReader application for the BlackBerry Z10. He has reassured me that gNewsReader isn't going anywhere and that Google discontinuing Google Reader does not spell the end of the app.

Hope this reassures other members as well, if you haven't checked out the app, check it out here gNewsReader for BlackBerry 10
