.gif maker for BlackBerry10?

Hey everyone!

While using the time shift function on my camera, I couldn't help but wonder: Is there a way to create .gif on BlackBerry 10 either from a series of pictures or a video?I've looked in BlackBerry world and nothing come up under .gif or gif

Anyone got any ideas?

I want to create some simply animated GIFs for things like icons and stuff, but I can't decide which program to go with. I want something that doesn't need to be really simple, and has very robust timing options for frames but gif maker is the best site for create GIF image, logo in simple way and it is absolutely free.
