However, I really don't like c:geo look but it's the only app that meet all requirements I need. Geocaching integration is must-have feature for me.
Are you a premium member? Because as a premium member using the Geocaching.com Live API makes sense, but as a Basic Member it doesn't

    Yes.

What I love on c:geo is option to find nearby caches. That's handy feature for me (lazy people as me ) .

Another use for such program would be (I need this) the ability to download a series of points to allow for me to relatively locate construction elements in the field. Not to take the place of a real survey, but to help me show clients rough locations.

So what you're saying: simply import and display multiple waypoints on a map?

Did find some weird issues with the compass and added features – currently working on fixing some bugs on the map and then I will upload a bar
Unfortunately still a lot of stuff missing but I think early feedback is important!

    Beta 1 (22.04.2014)
    • Show all (offline) caches on map
    • List all offline caches + filter
    • Import caches + waypoints from GPX files
    • Cache details (excluding hints, logs, attributes)
    • Compass to cache or waypoint (or coordinates but there's no way to enter them yet ;P)
    • Waypoint details; includes guessed geocache based on waypoint ID
    • Map-"navigation" with only single cache (displays related waypoints) or waypoint; inludes current user location (can be followed) but excludes "navigation"-line between them
    • Active cache, waypoint or plain coordinates for quick interaction

WARNING: Could be a pretty unstable beta as well as icons are still not final just to have some color.
    Known Bugs
    • Dashboard looks weird because of disabled/hidden options which don't work yet
    • Weird characters in dialogs and compass

    Download
    Download .bar

    Still missing
    • Working search (somehow BB10 doesn't like me when it comes to searching the local database )
    • Cache attributes list
    • Cache logbook
    • Cache details: hints, possibly images/spoilers (+download spoilers)
    • Better UI for cache details
    • Offline maps
    • Import caches in background instead of blocking UI
    • Fieldnotes (list+create)
    • Share caches/waypoints
    • Mark waypoints
    • Delete or edit offline data (caches or waypoints); including moving cache coordinates, adding personal notes, marking as en/disabled/archived (offline only!)
    • Show cache found state (based on fieldnotes)
    • Waypoint bearing/heading (Garmin: Sight 'n go)
    • Average waypoint
    • Geocache: enter next stage (or choose from waypoints)
    • User settings (a lot of customization TODOs )
    It's time
    Will update the screenshots shortly!

How about importing Waypoint LOC files? Or manually entering coordinates?

As mentioned in the release notes it currently only supports GPX files e.g. PocketQuery, GCTour or similar.
Manually entering coordinates is on the TODO list.

Can you tell me where to get free GPX files so I can test it before giving geocaching 30 bucks?

You can create free GPX files using GCTour (only works in Firefox) or similar browser add-ons.

Also, OpenCaching site should offer GPX download for free – not sure how many caches are on those sites in your area. And don't worry, there will be companion apps for downloading GPX files from different sources
