    Can you send a support ticket at Foursquare Support? Do you have any idea how it got there? Anything out of the ordinary you did?

    I believe you can only rank on the website (not through the mobile apps)

    Ranking is not something that you submit, its a generated score through tons of different factors. You can influence this by liking or disliking a place from the place detail screen (the heart/broken heart toggle)

    I was having problems with Foursquare disconnecting from BBM so I decided to delete it and reinstall again. However, after uninstalling, it won't let me download saying it's unavailable for my device.

    I am using a Z10 on leaked OS 10.1.0.2009.

    Can anyone help me?

    BlackBerry says the solution to this problem is to clear your appworld cache, which I think is done by going to (in bb world) settings -> general, then hitting clear cache

    Thanks wfubball! It worked by clearing the cache. I am now able to DL foursquare again.

    I tried your suggestion to go into settings>general but did not found the option to clear cache there. So, I made some research and the way to clear cache would be to go into settings of BB World, then tap on the version number at the bottom of the screen.

    Again, thanks for the help! Appreciate it!

    I know why what is causing BBM to disconnect from Foursquare.

    If you reboot, you will notice that BBM works on Foursquare. However, as soon as you open a Foursquare notification in the Hub, it will disable BBM.

    The only way I have figured out how to get around this is to actually

    1. go into settings->security->application permissions->connect to BBM->toggle OFF.
    2. open Foursquare app.
    3. close Foursquare app.
    4.1. go into settings->security->application permissions->connect to BBM->toggle ON.
    5. open Foursquare app and BBM should be connected again.

    If anyone has a better fix, please let us know!!!
