I received a reply from Microsoft today after voting for the OneNote app for Blackberry...

"Thanks for voting for this suggestion! We are considering the possibility of releasing our Android app on Blackberry, but we can’t promise anything right now.

However, with respect to creating a native Blackberry version of OneNote, we do not currently have any plans to do this—sorry!"

Fingers crossed for a working android app at least. Incidentally, the Blackberry app for OneNote now is up to 84 votes.

Just a side note. Until there is a solution for BlackBerry the online version works ok in Dolphin Browser.
