    Well to be fair, that app by Peter Obrera isn't an app generator app. It's the mobile website in a Cascades wrapper and has achieved Built for BlackBerry certifications. I am in no way supporting this app because I find Web wrappers really silly. But the app description did mention that it allows uploading? And I'm not gonna pay just to find out,. so not too sure what's going on here

    It is just a installer for the Instagram apk. You open the app and click "download" and it opens up an installer for instagram.
