Here's the email I sent to dev a few days ago, haven't heard back yet:

Hey there,

I purchased and downloaded FaceFlow last year on my BlackBerry Q10. I never used it, so I have no idea whether it functioned at the time. Now, however, when I open it, the logo pops up and 'jumps', finally settling down at the bottom of the screen, half-way cut-off. It seems like, if the screen were big enough (such as on the Z10 and Z30), the bottom half would be a log-in/sign-up screen; I think the app doesn't 'realise' that it doesn't have that screen real estate to be working with. From other reviews on the Q10, this is happening to them all, as well. When may we anticipate a bugfix release?

Anyone else experiencing this problem? Seeing as how Skype video chat never works properly on my Q10, getting FaceFlow working again seems my best bet.

Hmm, is that an official/OTA update? I try to avoid those. My Q10 doesn't say there's any update available.

It is official OTA but Germany exclusive. But anyone could load it using Sachesi
