I've had my z30 for a week and a half and have yet to receive a single notification.

Even the latest update failed to resolve this problem. I open the app and see 7 to 10 notifications. (I use Facebook for my business).

I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it with no luck. Facebook shows up in my Hub but this is really bothering me. I want to get back to my clients quickly.

All notifications are set to on.

Is there anyone that can help?? Thank you in advance.

Doesn't matter. Still doesn't work. All works fine on my wife's q10. This is frustrating

Fb app for BlackBerry was still buggy. Even with the latest update, notifications are still not working fluidly into the hub.

For better fb experience for now using BlackBerry device, I suggest you keep the fb app in the active frames, if there are important notif's you are waiting.

These has appeared to work. In settings> accounts > facebook

I clicked on sync messages on.

After about 15 minutes the notifications started coming through.

Of course make sure notifications are on in the app and on the device.

Here's the thing same happens to me.. usually when I open the app I get messages going to hub.. but when I click from within the app to check notification it just sits there with spinning circle

OK so if you delete the app and reinstall... fixed a lot of problems for now.. let's see what happens

definitely it will, specially on events that notif were pushed, at the same time, if it hits your sync interval time frame.

Even though I get notifications now I find it hard to disagree.

We need modernized apps for Facebook and Twitter to allow for posting emoticons and symbols into posts and tweets. Still don't know why we can't have this feature yet.

Yeah the recent update fixed my missing hub notifications, and the app allows loading a page now. But compared to other platforms, it's not good. Though, I believe it's BlackBerry who is producing this app, no? It's good enough, I guess, as I really only need hub updates on the go.

You can remove the BlackBerry fb and install the android one. A lot of people have to gain the functionality.

For me it does what I need it to, which is very little.
