    I actually tried all of that except rebooting the phone before reinstalling it. I guess I'll do that tonight...

    I had the same issue after upgrading my BlackBerry 10 OS to 10.3.1 yesterday: no Facebook notifications in the Hub... :|
    After uninstalling and re-installing the Facebook for BlackBerry app from BlackBerry World, the notifications magically re-appeared on my Hub. Try this as well!
