Is there any reason why my Facebook notifications are arriving late, I just had one just now, I put my phone down, left the room, came back then I got notified of something that happened 10 mins before I left the room, or I'm not getting notified at all until I actual get on fb......is anybody else having this issue?

If you're running the version of fb that came with the phone, try uninstalling and download fb from BlackBerry world.

To honest, I don't think I had fb on my phone when I first got it, I think I did get it from BlackBerry world

They all ship with fb, so unless you got it used and the previous owner deleted fb, that's almost impossible.

The facebook app often was delayed for me. But in the latest versions I can't say I've noticed any delay

I've had the same problem. I thought it was because of the leaked Os but might be the app now that I hear other people have it too

Facebook can be pretty flaky as far as push notifications, I've found. Twitter can be hit and miss too, though I find twitter fairly reliable. This is why I try to insist people us BBM to contact me XD
