    Seems like my Facebook is dead from yesterday evening. When I browse my contacts, I can see new posts, but I can't see any news and have no notifications. I'm on 10.3.0.1418 from last weekend, but had no issues until yesterday. Any ideas?

    That is normal, happens on every platform, it's a failure to connect to the servers. Double check your data is working and if needed be, reboot your device.

    NO, it's not normal.
    I've had the Z10 for 20 months and never had that message, now I updated FB to the latest version on BlackBerry world and am getting that screen as well, full network signal and all, my GF on a Z10 same version as FB as me but in a different network gets the same message,

    2 weeks ago BlackBerry released a faulty version of FB into BlackBerry world.

    We had no problems before the update.

    Viewing profiles is fine,viewing chat and answering chat is fine, so the connection is good, but it's the feed that is not showing up in the app.
    YET the android version of the app is working fine.

    It's the server end. Happens on different iOS devices at different times. Basically traffic to servers are in blocks and when there is downtime that's why only a small minority maybe affected. It's a way to minimise outrages that affect everybody reducing the negative publicity it would otherwise receive.

    I never could understand the purpose of stating "it doesn't work" or "not working".

    What could that possibly do to get assistance or help others in the same situation without any details.

    Facebook app on bb os has lots of problems like that, I have had the chat crashed down, couldn't access the chat window. Sometimes, the content also not updating...

    For me, the app IS connected to the server, you can open chat, view profiles, check in to places etc, it's just NOT displaying the feed (see the pic above)
    Not asking for help as the problem is with the app, it's just discussion,
    Like I say, I've never had an issue with the BlackBerry facebook app until I updated to the latest official version in BlackBerry world about 2 weeks ago.

    Obviously done various trouble shooting, logged out, logged back in,logged out then un install then re install, restarted the Z10 in between each step, still get the same message, its definitely the app, I have installed the android version and that is showing the feed as it should.

    Mine was doing this for the past two days, and suddenly started working again. Wish we knew for sure what the issue was.

    Some say the app trips up on certain problem newsfeed stories and it starts working again if you hide that story on the desktop version, or simply time pushes it from the newsfeed.

    Getting the same screen on my Z10 since the last Facebook update.
    Scrolling has become almost impossible and my news feed is constantly repeating itself and it never seems toupdate properly.

    My news feed failed two days ago, started working again this afternoon, and has failed again this evening.

    When it first failed a couple of days ago, it also wasn't working properly on my PC on Firefox or Explorer: Although it did return some news feeds, the posts were not up to date. The news feed did, however, work fine in my obsolete Playbook!

    I downloaded the Android version, and it also displayed outdated news feed info, just like the PC version. I also discovered that the Android version is too slow and laggy for me to work with - I'd rather use the mobile version on my Z30's browser.

    It's only the news feed: every other aspect of the app is working fine.

    I got my Facebook back.
    This is what I did.

    Logged out of the app.
    Deleted the app completely.
    Restarted the Z10.
    Re installed Facebook.
    Restarted the Z10 again for good measure.
    Logged in to Facebook app.
    The feed/stories are coming through.

    Mine has been dead all day long. No updates in the feeds. Just started working finally like an hour ago. Didn't do anything to get it running, other than just kept opening app and checking. Must have been a server issue.

    You have a different problem to the one I had, sounds like a network problem, sorry, I don't have a solution for you.
