    This thing needs a serious update. Facebook changed their messaging platform and you can no longer receive messages through the app. You have to use the mobile browser now.

    Does anyone have word about fb getting updated?

    Not sure what you mean. I can still use the FB app to send and receive messages.

    Only applies to ios and android apps.
