    In general, this is very true. I just hope Oliver sees it that way. My gut feeling is that he will throw up his arms to BB10 now and go the IOS route. Hope your right though mbert.

    I for one am well aware of that fact, but I'm going to get a lot more mileage out of this Z30 until that time finally arrives.

    I quite like the new DTEK50 actually. I've just purchased a cheap android phone for my wife to replace her 9900, so I'm on the Android learning curve already. It's a bit messy to say the least.

    I thought we were meant to receive an update that would add the facebook 'reactions' to Face10. You did announce it on Face10's facebook page.

    So what happened to the "major update " that you kept on promising. Was that a lie? A great many of us have paid for both Face10 and your messenger apps, believing that you would be good to your word and continue to develop these products.

    Both of these apps have now ceased to function correctly. Maybe that's not entirely your fault, but at least you could communicate with us and explain what's going on.

    I have read your FAQ on your website and disabled the VPN (never had it on my wifi).

    Looks more like articles that have been posted and their thumbnails are not loading correctly.

    Do you have "auto delete cache on exit" activated? If not, you could try manually clearing the cache by going into Face10's settings, and then opening the overflow menu (three dots on the right-hand corner and tap 'delete cache'. Restart your device and check again.

    If things don't work out for you let us know and we'll see if we assist you further.
