A week ago I emailed Paypal to know if there will be a BB10 Paypal app. They told me they are working on it.
Now, this is just speculation, but since Paypal is owned by Ebay maybe they are developing also a Ebay app.
But I am pretty confident they will release an appp

Ebay supported OS7 and below well so I am hoping both Ebay and paypal come. I used them all the time on my Torch.

you can sideload the android eBay app for the time being. I tried sideloading the PayPal app but didn't work for me.

I side loaded the ebay application action and it works very well! Cold be a little faster but not bad

Stub hub is launched on BB10 and its an ebay company so i'm sure the ebay app will be available in time for the US launch.

Ya I've been checking periodically for it too. I'm sure eBay will be on it if there is money to be made.
