    Probably all majour apps that are already on Android but haven't released anything for BB10 are waiting for a stable OS 10.2 build in order to use the Android 4.2.2 player that will come with that release and some of them also may need the headless app functionality (probably not so much instagram but other apps like Viber for example).

    That's my personal opinion on the matter.
