    Only when you first open app it will chime off to let you know of new content.

    If app us always open in think it does the same, I never tried nor am I, you can try it.

    I thought no 3rd party apps could access the built-in notification system (hub, icons on lockscreen, etc) yet? I read something about a missing API, hence the need for some apps to be running as an active frame, so you at least can check them easier by hand.
