    After reading that an update was out there for Documents to Go, I opened Blackberry World and to my surprise the app shows the message "Unavailable for this device" hence there is no update option.

    The app is currently installed in my Q10 and runs just fine.

    I run 10.1.0273

    Any ideas or suggestions on how to get the update?

    I had an update for this as soon as I updated to v10.2.

    I am guessing that maybe it is showing unavailable for you as you are using v10.1.

    Thank you for your prompt response. Reading comments from the Crackberry article it seems that your conclusion is right.

    The update is only for 10.2 users (they forgot to mention that in the text of the article).
