    Hi
I have a .XLS spread sheet that i use as a work time sheet that i have been using for a few years now first on my blackberry 9900 and now for the last year on my Z10. In the last few weeks (seems like after the last os update) I have been getting an error after i try to save any changes to the spread sheet. "Error. An Internal error has occurred! (generalErrmemoryError)". sheet to go then stops running after you hit the ok button. The only way to get sheet to go to start again is to power cycle the device. I have reset the device to factory and reloaded the OS but with the same result. Any suggestions on how to fix this.

    Blackberry Z10 STL100-3

i am currently running OS version 10.2.1.2102.
