    Default dlna client?

    Hi everyone.

    Anyone know if there is a media player in the works which is capable of playing content from a dlna server? Like the KalemSoft Media Player for Playbook?

    Hi,

    I develop the app PlayCloud 10 for BB10 plateform.

    DLNA player is on my todo list And I hope to propose this feature soon.

    Need to be sure that this feature isn't available on BB10 ! I dislike to devel feature in double... I prefer add new feature and provide missing feature

    Hi Nicolas;

    The only dlna capable player that I know of for ANY blackberry device is the recent media player by Kalemsoft. I have asked him in the Playbook forums whether he intends to port his app over, but have not had a response so far.

    Work great for video.... but missing photo support. So impossible use PlayBook as a DLNA photo frame

    Not sure if it's dlna but Ghost Commander seems to have some new streaming capabilities in the BB10 version.

    Default dlna client?

    Grab Media Connect + Orb streamer.

    You'll get videos / images / music.

    If you're interested in streaming your television shows or movies, try Media Blast.
    Media Blast - BlackBerry World

    You can listen to your music and view your images as well, but it excels at video.

    Media blast seems to work pretty well for me paired with the DLNA server on my NAS.
